[Prohibited Matters]
The following actions by SNS users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") on the SNS operated by our company are prohibited. If we determine that a User has taken or is likely to take any of the following actions, we may delete the posted content or take other measures without prior notice.

1. Posts intended for criminal acts or that induce criminal acts.
2. Political activities, election campaigns, and religious activities.
3. Posts containing inappropriate content, including expressions that fall under the following categories (including similar expressions):
    (1) Content containing obscene expressions.
    (2) Content containing discriminatory expressions.
    (3) Content that is problematic from an ethical perspective.
    (4) Content that other users find offensive.
    (5) Content unrelated to the SNS content.
    (6) Content that may be a self-generated post by a user.
    (7) Content that discloses private correspondence with our company or a third party.
    (8) Content containing false information or misleading expressions.
    (9) Content that identifies or discloses personal information without the consent of the individual.

4. Posts that defame specific individuals, companies, countries, or regions.
5. Acts that violate laws, public order, or morals.
6. Impersonating others, including our company.
7. Posts of a commercial nature, such as introducing or advertising one's own products, stores, or companies.
8. Copying, selling, publishing, or otherwise using information obtained through the SNS beyond the scope of personal use.
9. Acts that infringe or are likely to infringe the copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, privacy, or other rights of other users, third parties, or our company.
10. Spamming.
11. Posting or transmitting harmful computer programs, etc.
12. Acts that interfere with the operation of the SNS or are likely to hinder its operation.
13. Acts that violate the terms of use of the SNS.
14. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by our company.

[Disclaimers]
1. Our company shall not be liable for any damages, troubles, disadvantages, etc., incurred by Users in connection with the display, modification, or updating of various information displayed on the SNS.
2. Our company shall not be liable for any damages, troubles, disadvantages, etc., incurred by Users due to the use or inability to use the SNS.
3. If a problem arises between users or between a user and a third party in connection with the use of the SNS, the user shall resolve the problem at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any trouble or damage to our company.
4. Our company shall not be liable for any posted content (hereinafter referred to as "Posted Content") by users.
5. Our company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content of Posted Content.
6. If damages are incurred by our company due to a user's actions, our company may claim compensation for such damages from the user.
7. Copyrights, etc., related to Posted Content belong to the user who made the post. However, by posting to the SNS, the user grants our company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the Posted Content (including processing, excerpting, reproducing, publishing, translating, etc.) and agrees not to exercise moral rights of the author against our company.
8. These terms and conditions may be changed without the prior consent of the user.
9. The copyrights and all other intellectual property rights (including but not limited to design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, and know-how; hereinafter collectively referred to as "Copyrights, etc.") or usage rights displayed on the SNS belong to our company or the rights holder, such as the author. Users may not use any information on the SNS beyond the scope permitted by law, such as reproduction for personal private use as recognized by copyright law, without the permission of the rights holder. Use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Japanese law. Any dispute arising between a user and our company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
